FAMILY BACH AT THE BEACH
A short walk across the road, down Beach Grove and you are on the beach, perfect for a walk or bike ride along the coastal track for a morning coffee at the beach cafe, drinks or dinner at the the Omokoroa Boat Club or to the playground for the kids. The boaties in the family will love that the all weather boat ramp is a handy 5 minutes away. Spend your weekends relaxing with family and friends in an original beach bach, taking in the stunning sea views, and enjoying all that Omokoroa has to offer. There are three bedrooms, open plan lounge dining which flows out to a private sheltered courtyard at the rear. The kitchen at the front of the house takes in the views across the harbour, there is a lovely family bathroom and a spacious laundry with outside entry for returning from the beach with towels and beach equipment. A spacious sunroom at the front is a great place to finish the day relaxing with a drink in hand, or outside on the covered deck.
Omokoroa still has a sense of community, a mix of young and old have settled here. A lovely safe family beach, innovative skate park, tennis courts, sports fields, coastal walk and cycle ways. There is an all tide boat ramp, wharf for fishing and a boat club where a drink and meal can be enjoyed on the over water deck while looking out to the harbour and beautiful coastline. There are loads to do with the mineral hot pools, links golf course, indoor/outdoor bowls and many other interest groups to join. Omokoroa has until now been a hidden gem, but is rapidly being discovered for its warm coastal environment.
